Shipping Policy:
- Standard shipping within India: Private partners (Delivery, DTDC, Fedex), 5 - 7 days.
- Processing time standard items : 1-2 days and Custom made to order processing time may change according to the work.
- Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout.
- Delivery timeframes: 5 -7 days within India.
- Tracking: Sent via Shiprocket delivery partner, You will receive all the tracking details from dispatch to delivery via Whatsapp and messages.
- International shipping: 10-15 days via India Post International. Tracking ID will be shared via Email after dispatching the order. Packages will get connected to USPS or DHL depending on services availability at destination country.
- Shipping restrictions: We’ll contact for restrictions; refund if undeliverable.
Return Policy:
- Eligibility: All products are returnable within 15 days of delivery..
- Return process:
a) Domestic (India) : Handled by us, please contact us from here in case of any issues.b) International orders, customers are required to ship the item back to us at their own cost. Once we receive the returned item, our team will examine it and take the necessary action:

If eligible for a replacement, we will dispatch the replacement item within 3–4 business days.
Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging when returning.

- Condition: We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. No refunds will be issued if the returned product shows signs of wear and tear.
- Refunds/exchanges: Refunds issued to original payment method within 5 days after we receive the product back in our store. In case of exchanges for domestic orders, we will arrange a pickup for the current item and once we get the product at our store, we will dispatch the replacement item within 3-4 business days
- Return shipping (Domestic): Customer is required to make sure all the items are properly packed for the courier pickup from the location.
- Damaged items: No refunds for returned damaged items.
