Want to know exactly where your package is? We've made tracking your order simple! Once your order is confirmed and shipped, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

How You'll Receive Updates

You don't need to manually check for updates constantly. We proactively send all tracking information and significant updates directly to you via:

  • Email: To the email address you provided during checkout.
  • WhatsApp / SMS: To the phone number you entered in your order details.

Please ensure your contact details are accurate when placing your order to receive these notifications smoothly.

What Information Will You Get?

Your tracking notifications will include all the essential details:

  • Tracking ID: Your unique number to follow the package journey.
  • Shipping Service: Information on the carrier handling your delivery. (We partner with Shiprocket to manage our logistics for domestic shipments).
  • Estimated Delivery Date: An estimate of when your package is expected to arrive.
  • Delay Notifications: We'll inform you if there are any unexpected delays in the transit process.

International Orders

For international shipments, we dispatch packages via India Post International. Once your parcel has been handed over for shipping, you will receive a tracking ID via email.

Standard Delivery Timeframe

Most domestic orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after they have been shipped. Please note that shipping times begin once the order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner, not immediately after placing the order.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local delivery operations. However, we strive to ensure international parcels are dispatched promptly and tracked throughout their journey.
