Once collected by our delivery partner, your tracking link is shared by email, WhatsApp or SMS.
At your door
Delivery time depends on your location from 4 to 7 days.. Follow the tracking link for expected arrival date.
When the journey takes longer
A little delayed?
Courier updates can occasionally pause between scans. If your expected delivery date has passed or the tracking has not moved for 48 hours, send us your order number and we’ll look into it.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Custom order may take 7-8 days for processing. If an item needs more time, we’ll let you know.
Where can I find my tracking link?
We’ll send it to the email address or phone number used at checkout once the courier collects your order.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Photograph the outer package and the product before using it, then contact us with your order number so we can help.
What if I need a faster delivery?
We work with bus and flight transport as well. Please contact us before placing order, so that we can try making some arrangements.
