The NOL Core holds soft, shredded PU foam inside a reusable fabric liner—giving your bean bag a fuller, more settled feel without thermocol beads or frequent filler top-ups.
Use it to complete a NOL Skin, replace an existing insert or refresh a compatible fabric bean bag you already own.

The stated weight refers to the approximate foam content. Shredded foam pieces naturally vary slightly in shape, colour and density.
Made for NOL. Useful beyond it.
The Core works best inside its corresponding NOL Skin. It may also be used with similarly sized fabric bean bag covers, although fit, firmness and finished shape can vary between brands.
If the complete Core does not fit your existing cover, the shredded foam can be transferred through the zip opening. Fabric covers work best; leather and rexine covers may produce a firmer feel and restrict airflow.
Store it. Use it again.
The reusable inner liner keeps the foam contained and makes it easier to store, move or pair with another compatible Skin later. Its zipper and Velcro closure help keep everything securely inside.
The Core must always be used inside a suitable outer Skin or cover. The inner liner is not designed for direct seating.
After unpacking
Your Core arrives compressed for shipping. Remove the packaging, fluff the foam generously and allow it to expand before fitting the outer Skin. An occasional fluff will help redistribute the foam and refresh its shape over time.

- Reusable fabric liner with zipper and Velcro closure
- Outer Skin or bean bag cover is not included
Compatibility note: NOL guarantees fit with the corresponding NOL Skin. Fit and comfort with third-party covers cannot be guaranteed. Normal foam settling and differences caused by an incompatible outer cover are not manufacturing defects.
CARE & CLEANING
Keep the Core inside a suitable outer Skin during use. The inner liner is not designed for direct seating.
- Fluff and rotate the Core occasionally to redistribute the foam and refresh its shape.
- Spot-clean the liner using a soft, damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent.
- Allow the liner to air-dry completely before fitting the outer Skin again.
- Do not machine wash, soak, bleach, iron or tumble-dry the Core.
- Do not wash the shredded foam.
- Keep the Core away from excess moisture, sharp objects and direct sources of heat.
If a spill reaches the foam, remove the outer Skin and allow the Core to dry completely in a well-ventilated space before using it again.
